• Structure, integrate, and govern data in SFMC (Data Extensions, Data Cloud/CDP, integrations with APIs, and Data Lake/Warehouse). • Define and maintain modeling standards, taxonomies, Business Units (BUs) and reusable libraries. • Design and operate complex journeys and multichannel automations (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push) with advanced logic. • Implement and optimize A/B tests and personalization strategies (Einstein for Marketing Cloud). • Build robust automations (SQL, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS), ensuring scalability, performance and operational stability. • Implement monitoring, data validation, failure alerts and process observability. • Monitor engagement and conversion KPIs, generating insights for continuous optimization. • Define best practices, support platform governance and advise teams on technical decisions. • Serve as a technical reference for integrations, architecture, personalization and campaign scalability.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Data Extensions (modeling, relationships and optimization).
- Expertise in integrating with other platforms via REST and SOAP APIs for data ingestion and export (including Databricks).
- Experience configuring and managing Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform - CDP) for advanced segmentation.
- Deep knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools such as Automation Studio and SQL.
- Proficient use of Journey Builder to create and manage complex personalized journeys (transactional, event-based, cart abandonment, etc.).
- Automation of ad-hoc and structured sends with advanced conditional logic.
- Implementation of additional channels (WhatsApp, SMS, PUSH) in a scalable and integrated manner.
- Implementation and optimization of A/B campaigns with rigorous control of test groups and result analysis.
- Organization of Business Units (BUs) with governance of access, templates and global content standardization.
- Standardization of taxonomies, dynamic content blocks and tagging for analysis and optimization.
- Creation of reusable libraries to maximize efficiency and consistency.
- Configuration of advanced reports using Data Views, integrating with external tools (Power BI) via data connectors.
- Proficiency in creating analytical dashboards within SFMC to monitor KPIs such as open rate, clicks, engagement and conversion.
- Knowledge of GA4 and UTM for tracking and in-depth campaign analysis.
- Advanced automation using AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript.
- Development of observability processes with data validation, automatic notifications on errors and detailed reports.
- Optimization of processes to avoid timeouts or failures in complex journeys.
- Ability to implement Advanced Personalization using Einstein for Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working with Data Lake architectures or integrated Data Warehouse environments.
- Ability to lead projects and technical teams, including interacting with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to propose and implement strategic improvements focused on results and scalability.
- Experience in training and enabling teams to use the environment efficiently.
