**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ** • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the aviation MRO sector. • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Marketing to ensure customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights inform product strategy and positioning. • Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development and opportunity management through contract negotiation and deal closure. • Establish and monitor sales performance metrics (KPIs) including revenue growth, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer acquisition and retention. • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging trends within the aviation technology landscape. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Support) to ensure successful customer onboarding, delivery, and long-term satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
Job Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS: **
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading regional sales teams in international markets.
- Strong background in aviation technology, SaaS platforms, or mission-critical enterprise software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise-level customer engagements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities with the ability to scale high-performing sales teams.
