• Consolidation of the department's performance indicators. • Prepare change controls and review documents in accordance with required quality standards and legislation, providing technical support to all company areas in the development of new products, portfolio maintenance and/or problem resolution. • Ensure all executed processes are in compliance by using quality tools such as CAPAs, RIs and CMs when necessary. • Oversee governance of development documentation by drafting, reviewing and implementing documents, as well as updating them in the company’s systems according to established procedures. • Report detected quality non-conformities/deviations to management, providing relevant information for evaluation and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Hands-on experience in an analytical development laboratory;
  • Advanced English.

How you'll make an impact The incumbent acts as an account manager in the coordination of moderate to complex billing and collection activities for assigned accounts. The analyst has direct interaction with clients and account executives to follow up on collection issues and ensures resolution of all disputes.
