• Cost and performance analysis services • Monitoring project schedules and activities • Preparation of project cost survey and analysis reports • Collection and preparation of integrated unit cost analysis reports • Schedule management and monitoring of physical and financial progress (CAPEX/OPEX) of projects • Preparation of performance evaluation reports and management KPIs • Cost management reports and cost tracking/forecasting • Preparation of executive presentations in PowerPoint and interactive dashboards in Power BI • Use of SAP

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Systems Analysis, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management
  • Experience in an engineering company
  • Experience in project management for subsea systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, Microsoft Office suite; advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • ERP experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
  • Intermediate English

How you'll make an impact The incumbent acts as an account manager in the coordination of moderate to complex billing and collection activities for assigned accounts. The analyst has direct interaction with clients and account executives to follow up on collection issues and ensures resolution of all disputes.
