Mid-level UX Designer
NDD Tech | Brasil
• Lead stages of the UX/UI process independently, from discovery through handoff to development; • Create intuitive flows, user journeys, and interfaces for digital products; • Plan and conduct user research to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions; • Analyze metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement; • Create wireframes and medium- to high-fidelity interactive prototypes; • Work with design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces; • Document design solutions to facilitate implementation by the development team; • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders on product decisions; • Contribute to the evolution of design processes and to the quality of the team's deliverables.
Job Requirements

Position Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own the end-to-end product experience—from understanding user needs to delivering polished, high-converting UI.
