• Lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of the Experience Design (XD) practice across the organization, aligning design excellence with business growth, client impact, and market differentiation • Manage and scale a global, multidisciplinary team of designers, strategists, researchers, and content specialists across onshore and offshore locations — fostering a unified culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration • Partner with sales and executive leadership to drive new business growth, shaping go-to-market strategies, leading pitches, crafting proposals, and developing compelling narratives that convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships • Own and drive a “land and expand” client strategy, nurturing executive relationships, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and expanding the footprint of XD services across engagements • Champion innovation and thought leadership, defining and advancing new service offerings, publishing perspectives, and positioning the organization as a leader in experience design, AI-enabled design, and digital transformation • Build and evolve team capabilities, identifying skill gaps, hiring strategically, and investing in continuous learning to ensure the team remains ahead of industry trends and client needs • Balance long-term vision with short-term execution, ensuring delivery excellence while continuously evolving the practice for future growth
