• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for managers on HR-related topics, supporting them in people management, organizational topics, and employee-related matters. • Supporting in day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement. • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor laws in all processes, documentation, and procedures. • Liaise with Country HR shared-service teams in various countries to align on processes and support the implementation of global and regional HR strategies. • Lead and support the execution of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs. • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes trust, open communication, and feedback in alignment with the company’s values. • Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team collaboration, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven HR experience in an international environment, with exposure to cross-border collaboration and multicultural teams.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization, with strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong cultural awareness with the ability to adapt HR practices to diverse regional contexts.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while remaining an engaged and supportive team player.
  • Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality, diplomacy, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Excellent command of English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel to support local teams, collaborate with business leaders, and drive HR initiatives on site.
