Lead Developer Experience

• be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (you can then redirect to another member of the squad) • be the coach for the other developers of the squad (do Performance reviews and Career Path assessments) • keep coding since management will take ~20% of your time

Job Requirements

  • You have either formally or informally served as a tech lead/mentor/coach for a team of software engineers working on a Saas platform for 2+ years.
  • You have led technical initiatives in an environment where performance, reliability, and accuracy are paramount and where “feature development” and roadmaps are measured in months and quarters.
  • You have significant full stack programming experience
  • You have a strong technical background: expertise in at least one programming language e.g Typescript/nodejs, experience in automations and in infra tools
  • Experience on working in a Developer Experience or Platform team is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for AI Coding tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
