• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (X) • Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content (graphics, video, photography, and copywriting) using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva • Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and campaign timelines • Lead social media storytelling and brand voice development for multiple clients • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights • Conduct ongoing social listening and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities • Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling manner • Manage client communications, approvals, and workflows via social media management tools (e.g., Loomly) • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Social Media Managers, fostering a high-performance and creative culture

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency
  • Proven track record of growing large social media followings and driving engagement
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, social trends, and digital audience behavior
  • Advanced content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting)
  • Experience with social media management platforms and content management systems
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience required)
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders
