• Du übernimmst Ownership für den Sales-Funnel von SQL bis Closed Won und steigerst systematisch die Sales Velocity, indem du Conversion Rates, Durchlaufzeiten und Deal-Dynamiken analysierst, hinterfragst und verbesserst • Du gestaltest und entwickelst Deal-Routing- und Coverage-Modelle aktiv weiter, um den optimalen Einsatz des Sales-Teams sicherzustellen, die Produktivität zu maximieren und Wachstum skalierbar zu machen • Du etablierst und steuerst eine belastbare Forecasting-Cadence gemeinsam mit Sales inklusive Pipeline-Reviews und Slippage-Analysen und sorgst dafür, dass Forecasts als echtes Steuerungsinstrument genutzt werden • Du entwickelst den Sales-Tech-Stack gemeinsam mit RevOps weiter (CRM, Sequences, Angebots-Tools, Automatisierungen) und stellst sicher, dass Tools nicht nur vorhanden sind, sondern messbar genutzt werden mit hoher Adoption, sauberer Datenqualität und guter Usability • Du setzt klare Standards für Pipeline-Hygiene und Prozess-Compliance durch, definierst und schärfst Stage-Exit-Kriterien, identifizierst Bottlenecks im Funnel und sorgst für verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen • Du baust eine datengetriebene und effiziente Sales-Kultur auf, indem du Views, Properties und Dashboards konzipierst und kontinuierlich verbesserst und so Transparenz über Performance, Pipelines und Prioritäten schaffst • Du arbeitest eng mit RevOps zusammen, um System-, Daten- und Prozess-Alignment zwischen Marketing, Sales und Customer Success sicherzustellen und Silos aktiv abzubauen • Du befähigst das Sales-Team durch praxisnahe Enablement-Maßnahmen, führst Trainings zu Pipeline-Hygiene, Stage-Kriterien und CRM Best Practices durch und sorgst dafür, dass Standards im Alltag gelebt werden • Du übersetzt proaktiv reale Bedürfnisse aus dem Sales-Alltag in konkrete Verbesserungen, indem du Sales-User-Stories priorisierst und in Workflows, Automatisierungen und UX-Optimierungen überführst

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich in einer verwandten Revenue-nahen Funktion (z. B. Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement) in einem B2B-SaaS-Umfeld
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sicheres Englisch auf professionellem Niveau
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Steuerung von Sales-Prozessen und Forecasting-Cadences
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten: Du kannst Zahlen interpretieren, Insights ableiten und gemeinsam mit Sales entsprechend handeln
  • Admin-Level-Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem CRM (idealerweise HubSpot Sales Hub) und ein klares Verständnis dafür, wie Prozesse, Daten und Verhalten zusammenspielen
