• As a Solution Architect (m/f/x) you support the technical sales process — from the initial idea through to the proof of concept — ensuring that customer needs are incorporated as well-founded decision-making inputs for product, sales and go-to-market. • Responsibility for technical sales support — from initial conversations to a successful PoC. • Develop and present tailored solution concepts based on individual customer requirements. • Act as the voice of the market within the company and ensure relevant insights from customer projects are channeled into product development, positioning and market activities. • Create targeted technical content for sales initiatives and campaigns. • Independently analyze market trends and the competitive landscape and derive relevant actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of industrial IT and OT landscapes (e.g., cloud architectures, MES, IIoT).
- Experience in consulting or in consultative selling of complex technical products.
- Structured working style, high level of personal responsibility and strong communication skills.
- German (min. C1) and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus points for experience with (industrial) communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet).
Benefits
- We are a company with flat hierarchies and plenty of autonomy to make your own decisions and manage your own area of responsibility.
- Diversity, mutual respect and a strong sense of collaboration are essential to us.
- We grow together and treat each other as equals.
- We offer an engaging and varied role where you can make things happen without excessive bureaucracy.
- A strong sense of community and regular team events.
- Ongoing training and development tailored to your skills and interests.
- A workplace with a feel-good atmosphere: including a professional coffee machine, sweet snacks and fresh fruit, as well as an after-work soft drink or beer.
- Reliable work–life balance with flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation per year, plus a one-time additional leave of 10, 15 or 20 days after 3, 4 or 5 years of service.
- Flexible leave days: use up to 5 of your 30 vacation days as flexible leave, either for a longer break or for financial benefits.
- Up to €100 subsidy for childcare costs per child of pre-school age.
- Monthly €50 subsidy for meals, sports, bike leasing or public transport.
- Attractive pension provision including a subsidized direct insurance plan and a fully funded support fund.
- You decide where you are most productive: fully remote, under palm trees during a workation, or in one of our offices in Hamburg Eimsbüttel or Berlin Friedrichshain.
