For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $100,700 - $181,300/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. • Gather requirements, design solution and implementation in Oracle EBS • Review cross functional solutions for all enhancements and projects to ensure the Global solution/process is not impacted • Configure systems for modules – Financials, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement • Operations support and Finance support for any incidents/critical incidents • Coordinate with Business for requirements and review solution/training • Coordinate with cross functional team and development for implementation solution • Analyze project requirements and determine technical approach and programming required • Support Oracle Applications Production environment (12i) • Medium to High efficiency in pl/sql programming • Support business needs for system processing and availability. • Participate in 24/7 department on-call program.

• Provide continuous customer support in the absence of a permanent SC • Provide evaluation, funding, education and setup/implementation support • Engage in maintaining strong customer relationships • Conduct consultative sales calls • Manage and develop opportunities by supporting current accounts and addressing inbound sales leads in SF.com • Prepare and conduct presentations on Tobii Dynavox products • Prepare sales packets and quotes for products and services • Educate customers on the funding process and third-party payer requirements • Collaborate with the funding team

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design • Work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment • Explore a range of possibilities and creative alternatives to identify the most effective solutions • Ensure that designed solutions are implemented in accordance with client expectations and company standards • Assist in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions
