Job Description

Fleet Operations Manager

Driven Brands Inc.

• Support of sales team on all customer-related B2B initiatives • Supporting all aspects of the fleet sales process • Mapping, pricing, claim workflow, directive creation, issue resolution, on-boarding • Generate reporting tracking specific client SLA’s • Monitor sales trends • Formulate action plan for performance improvement • Maintain insight over timelines for customer pipeline and other team initiatives • Support of customer service issue resolution at center level • Partner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiatives • Plan and execute sales ramps that are aligned with the financial budget of Auto Glass Now centers • Responsible to strategically think of ways to grow, develop, and create sustainability of Auto Glass Now • Support new store openings by identifying fleet opportunities to drive sales activity and boost new store sales ramp • Account set up within POS system and store level training for specific fleet partner requirements • Direct liaison between fleet team and Auto Glass Now corporate staff • Ability to partner cross-functionally within Driven Brands with other corporate support partners like Billing, Analytics, Procurement etc. to maximize the fleet business • Travel 10-20%

Job Requirements

  • Auto glass background preferred
  • Firm grasp of all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
