Director, Data Strategy – Systems Operations
Liveops, Inc.
• Serve as the single owner of all data strategy, analytics execution, predictive modeling, and contact-center systems operations for Liveops’ largest client program. • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data scientists, and systems engineers to deliver insights, optimize Five9 and Virtual Observer environments, streamline operational workflows, and elevate the overall patient experience. • Leverage strategic and operational expertise to deliver friction-free patient journeys, increase throughput and speed-to-delivery, develop or guide predictive analytics, and drive measurable improvements in both cost efficiency and patient satisfaction. • Shape data-driven strategies, implement best-in-class SOPs, and engage directly with client contacts to present findings and influence business performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in data analytics, predictive analytics, systems operations, or related technical function, with at least 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (analytics, systems engineering, data science).
- Experience with predictive analytics highly preferred; including developing, guiding, or operationalizing predictive models related to patient behavior, operational efficiency, or contact-center performance.
- Strong understanding of patient support programs, healthcare operations, or health insurance ecosystems (highly preferred).
- Hands-on familiarity with Five9, Authenticx, Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, or related analytics and CX platforms.
- Experience with AI/IVA (Intelligent Virtual Agents), IVR workflow optimization, or CX automation technologies strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-level insights for executives and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to remove friction points and improve consumer journeys.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Role Description At Distalmotion, we’re continuing to evolve as an organization while laying the foundation for what’s ahead. We’re looking for a Senior Consolidation Manager in the US (East Coast) to play a key role in our IPO readiness. In this role, you’ll not only lead group financial consolidation, but also collaborate closely with colleagues to shape the systems and policies that support our shared success. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Senior Consolidation Manager will oversee all aspects of group consolidation under U.S. GAAP, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. The role also provides support on technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition or financial instruments, IFRS to US GAAP transition, and preparation of technical accounting memos. With Distalmotion preparing for a potential IPO, this position will have a significant focus on developing and implementing consolidation tools, processes, and systems to support IPO readiness and scalable reporting. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP - Manage consolidation processes for multiple legal entities across different countries - Prepare U.S. GAAP entries - Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and coordinate updates where required - Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies - Communicate relevant information and significant issues to internal stakeholders - Provide training and support to Finance Operations team on new accounting standards, procedures and policies - Provide expertise on complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, share-based compensation, etc. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP changes, assess impact on the Company’s policies and prepare technical accounting memoranda supporting the Company’s positions - Co-lead, with the Finance Controller, the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SOX compliance requirements across the Group - Support stakeholders in adopting and strengthening an internal control culture across the Company - Co-drive improvements in consolidation tools and reporting automation - Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy - Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures Qualifications - Master’s degree in Accounting or related field - CPA preferred - 3+ years of relevant experience in a Big 4 audit firm - Proven experience in U.S. GAAP accounting, technical memo writing and SOX environment - Previous experience at a US Public Company with consolidation responsibilities is a plus - Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company reporting requirements is highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required - Strong knowledge in U.S. GAAP and consolidation - Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks - Excellent organizational skills and hands-on spirit - Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines - Excellent systems and technology proficiency, including MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems, with an interest in process and technology innovation - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
