Job Requirements

This pivotal supporting role acts as a force multiplier for our most senior Account Directors (ADs) who manage complex, high-value enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing customer retention within some of our top customer accounts. This will include expertly managing smaller-dollar renewals, selling smaller dollar contracts, and handling paperwork questions and revisions. What You'll Do: - As an Associate Account Director, your core mission is to enable senior sellers to focus on strategic growth and new revenue by owning critical retention and administrative processes. - Own Small-Dollar Renewal Pipeline: Directly manage the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of smaller-sized contracts. This includes timely outreach, negotiation of terms, and contract closure, ensuring zero churn in this segment. - Contract and Administrative Support: Act as the primary internal resource for senior Account Directors, taking ownership of all routine operational tasks related to amendments, bookings, and transactional contract modifications. - Customer Operational Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing, basic contract questions, and operational support for our Enterprise customers. - Support Account Strategy: Collaborate closely with senior ADs to assist with strategic tasks, including preparing renewal forecasts for the small-dollar segment, assisting with multi-threading and account mapping documentation, and gathering necessary data to support strategic presentations. - Maintain Install Base Health: Proactively monitor customer health metrics for assigned accounts, flagging potential risks related to renewals or usage to the senior AD and Client Success team. - System Mastery: Become fluent in using our CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools to ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and complete adherence to all internal sales processes. - CAS (sampling) rebuys (Velocity/Anchor Only) - (Not Velocity/Not Anchor) Prospecting/Booking Meetings: Prospect into net new contacts in your assigned customer base, uncovering new opportunities to expand our partnership with these accounts.
