• Lead as the technical authority for Deel's Field Services segment, driving enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and project-based organisations with credibility and industry expertise • Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle: leading discovery, shaping solutions, responding to RFPs, delivering tailored demos, and running architecture workshops • Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable, and compliant solution designs with defined implementation roadmaps and success metrics • Advise customers on structuring compliant workforce models, including secondments, shadow payroll, and offshore/rotational employment frameworks • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical challenges, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate deal progression • Build, refine, and scale a field service-specific pre-sales asset library, including demo narratives, compliance frameworks, workforce models, and objection-handling playbooks • Maintain deep expertise in global employment regulations, immigration shifts, and offshore workforce trends to ensure real-world relevance in every customer conversation
