VP Market Leader – Sales Executive, Single Specialty Segment
IKS Health
• Lead Hunting and Cross-Sell Efforts, spearhead sales efforts targeting Single Specialty Physician Practices with at least 75 providers or more and drive cross-sell initiatives • Demonstrated sales success with enterprise RCM SaaS related solutions and services within most of the following specialty areas: Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women’s Health • Engage with executives, reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling; laying the groundwork for executive-level relationships • Grasp the intricacies of customers' challenges, and then craft collaborative strategies to surmount them • Offer industry insights to the business and product leaders, ensuring the Company's solutions remain at the forefront
Job Requirements
- Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree, with an MBA or MHA is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position in the healthcare space in sales or as a healthcare provider consultant (ambulatory, acute, and value-based care)
- Demonstrated success with an RCM SaaS sales track record of $2M+ annual quota achievement (at minimum)
- Must have experience selling into single specialty practices (75 or more providers) in Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women’s Health, nationwide
- Embody problem-solving prowess, adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Revenue Optimization principles, SaaS and solutions for healthcare providers
- Strong history of relevant understanding of the healthcare industry in general.
