• The Account Manager is responsible for gaining a clear understanding of the existing client needs, develop and strengthen relationships while managing sourcing and production activities. • Works closely with Account Executive and/or Director on account strategies to increase the Company’s service offerings to generate more revenue. • Collaborates with Account Executive, Account Director and/or client to facilitate new sales opportunities while building client relationships. • Identifies areas for service and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell printed marketing materials, promotional items, branded apparel and packaging • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends • Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction • Provide ongoing account management and support
• Manage multiple high-volume Promotional and Print projects (up to $2MM annually) • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with gross profit goals • Oversee full order lifecycle—from sourcing and quoting to delivery—while maintaining accurate records in ERP systems • Gather order specifications, obtain competitive quotes from preferred vendors, and manage vendor relationships while tracking production schedules to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery • Collaborate across internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective fulfillment • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency • Manage logistics, inventory, and eCommerce platforms, including client stores and workflows • Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, supplier invoicing, and work-in-progress (WIP) management, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service • Support the team, business goals, and broader organizational initiatives by performing additional related duties as needed
