Senior Analyst, ERP

Presidio

• Act as the primary analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance, supporting day-to-day financial system needs • Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve issues and improve system usage • Support core finance functions including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions • Configure and support related financial applications such as BlackLine, Vertex, and GetPaid • Coordinate ERP updates, releases, and patches, ensuring changes are tested and ready for users • Review release notes and assess the impact of system changes on financial processes • Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to troubleshoot issues and manage escalations • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities • Assist with ERP enhancements, upgrades, and financial system improvements • Create and maintain system documentation and provide user guidance or training • Support financial reporting and data analysis using ERP and reporting tools • Ensure systems align with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials (required)
  • Ability to independently manage system support, issue resolution, and vendor coordination
