Field Service Engineer – Calibration
Struers
• Travel weekly to customer sites within the assigned territory • Perform factory-level installation, repair, retrofits, upgrades, calibration, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment • Provide professional customer support via onsite visits, phone, email, and written correspondence • Promote preventive maintenance contracts, calibration services, spare parts, consumables, and equipment sales • Maintain accurate and timely service documentation, customer records, and visit reports • Manage and maintain appropriate spare parts inventory within the service vehicle
Job Requirements
- Associate degree (AE) or equivalent certificate in electronic technology from an accredited technical school, or equivalent military experience
- 2–3 years of field service experience supporting electromechanical equipment
- Strong electronic troubleshooting skills with knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with MS Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
