Marketing Manager – Iberia

Shift4

• Develop and implement Shift4’s marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal in alignment with the European strategy. • Localize and execute regional digital and lead generation campaigns to resonate with the Spanish audience • Adapt Shift4 branding, messaging, and content to local market requirements and ensure brand consistency across all Southern Europe touchpoints • Create blog content, email marketing, and social media copy targeted for Southern European audiences • Support event marketing, including trade shows and partner events • Manage PR activities and agency relationships • Partner with the Southern European Commercial Teams to align on priorities and targets • Establish strong alignment with Product Marketing to ensure timely, accurate communication of product features, updates, and launches to the market. • Support Iberian resellers with access to localized sales materials and tools • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy. • Manage Southern European marketing budget, track KPIs, and optimize marketing activities for ROI

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and/or technology sectors.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English required. Portuguese, Italian, or an additional language is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in payments, point of sale, or FinTech is a plus
