Senior UI/UX Designer
Keep IT Simple
• Assess impacts on user journeys; • Lead user experience design activities, including research, prototyping, and usability testing; • Create and evolve interface prototypes consistent with the design system and user flows; • Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve service experiences; • Apply principles of information architecture, usability, and user-centered design; • Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture teams to define digital solutions; • Contribute to the evolution and consistent application of the organization's design system; • Support the prioritization and continuous development of user experience initiatives; • Align and validate solution proposals with stakeholders; • Estimate the effort required for user experience-related activities; • Ensure the continuous improvement of UX frameworks and processes; • Analyze the impact of technological changes on the user experience and propose improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or technical degree in Design, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related IT fields;
- Hands-on experience in UX design, including research, prototyping, and usability testing;
- Experience in journey mapping and information architecture;
- Knowledge of design systems and interface patterns;
- Experience facilitating UX workshops or discovery sessions;
- Ability to analyze usage data and experience metrics;
- Interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, creativity, collaboration, proactivity, dynamism, and adaptability;
- Proactive profile, including engagement with diversity, inclusion, and research/extension initiatives (labs);
- Practical knowledge of:
- Figma;
- Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and Service Blueprint;
- Google Analytics;
- Collaborative tools (e.g., Mural);
- UX Research and UX Writing;
- Data-driven Design;
- Conducting user journey mapping and related workshops.
