• Lead 0→1 product design for major initiatives, from discovery through launch and iteration • Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate direction before engineering investment • Design intuitive experiences across complex clinical, operational, and AI-assisted systems • Run discovery research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform product direction • Partner with Engineering to ship high-quality, scalable design systems • Own and evolve our design system to support scale, accessibility, and speed • Partner closely with PM and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and influence product strategy • Raise the bar for craft, systems thinking, and user empathy across the company

• The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling design solutions across websites, landing pages, CMS-driven experiences, and mobile applications. • This role plays a key part in shaping user experiences across B2B and B2C projects, requiring strong independent execution, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality design work across multiple platforms. • Design and evolve high-quality websites, marketing pages, and CMS-driven experiences across platforms such as Webflow and custom builds. • Ensure designs prioritize clarity, performance, conversion, and responsive behavior across devices. • Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile application interfaces that deliver strong user experiences. • Create compelling presentation decks to communicate ideas clearly and visually when needed. • Work independently while managing time, priorities, and multiple projects efficiently. • Maintain high design standards with minimal supervision. • Adapt design approaches to serve both business clients and direct-to-consumer audiences. • Deliver relevant, effective design solutions aligned with different user needs and conversion goals.

• Own the end-to-end product experience • Design complete user journeys (research → flows → wireframes → high-fidelity UI) • Simplify complex, high-consideration flows into clear, intuitive experiences • Improve acquisition and conversion funnels through UX and UI enhancements • Design experiences aligned to traffic source, intent, and funnel stage • Support A/B tests and experimentation by producing test-ready designs • Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate and improve designs • Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems • Ensure UI consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across the product • Balance speed and craftsmanship in a fast-moving environment • Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, session replay to identify drop-offs and opportunities • Interpret experiment learnings and apply insights to future designs • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, CRO leads, and marketers • Work iteratively from concept to launch in an experimentation-driven workflow • Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
