• Design and refine a wide range of creative outputs, including brand identity, visual systems, presentation decks, social graphics, ad creative, and digital assets, with speed, precision, and creativity. • Create and evolve visual identities, design systems, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency and impact across platforms and formats. • Translate strategy into scalable, cohesive visual systems that strengthen brand storytelling and recognition. • Guide creative direction across multiple projects, ensuring work connects to purpose, strategy, and client goals. • Explore and integrate Generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-image, layout automation, generative variations) to accelerate design exploration, streamline workflows, and inspire new visual directions. • Ensure AI-assisted design outputs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual systems. • Connect design decisions to brand and business goals, balancing creative vision with practical outcomes. • Use insights and performance data to refine creative approaches and elevate storytelling. • Present and communicate creative work to internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and purpose. • Coach, mentor, and inspire designers through constructive feedback, creative guidance, and recognition of contributions. • Collaborate with Creative Ops, Strategy, Project Managers, and Marketing teams to ensure design outputs meet both creative and business goals. • Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive environment that encourages open feedback, learning, growth, and shared ownership. • Contribute to maintaining organised project files, documentation, and design libraries for future scalability. • Lead by example, staying grounded under pressure, embracing change, and championing collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or senior designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.
  • Demonstrated versatility across content and brand design disciplines, with comfort working across a broad range of formats and use cases.
  • Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and workflows, integrating them thoughtfully and intentionally into the creative process.
  • Experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
  • Skilled in giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and align distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with internal and external partners in both creative and strategic discussions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
