Outbound Account Executive
Amplemarket
• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of net new opportunities across target accounts in EMEA • Prospect through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels • Run strong discovery, demo, and evaluation processes with multiple stakeholders • Clearly communicate Amplemarket’s value to sales leaders, revenue teams, and executive buyers • Manage deal progression with rigor, including qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and next step precision • Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, outbound strategy, and territory execution • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline • Share market feedback to help improve positioning, process, and product insight
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- A track record of closing net-new business and consistently performing against quota
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort generating your own pipeline
- Experience running full cycle sales motions from discovery through close
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence selling to multiple stakeholders, including managers, directors, VPs, and executives
- High ownership, strong urgency, and the ability to operate well in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in modern sales technology
- Ability to work effectively across EMEA markets and buying environments
