• Contribute to follow-up activities for distributors and entities within the Global scope • Conduct document audits, monitor training, and track quality indicators for service providers • Draft and/or review procedural documents within the scope of assigned activities or in collaboration with teams from relevant departments • Participate in the management of departmental training in the LMS (training assignment, user support) • Manage deviations and track CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) related to assigned activities • Maintain the department's quality regulatory watch according to existing procedures and implement necessary changes if there is an impact on the system • Participate in Change Control: creation, tracking of change approval and related actions • Audit management: contribute to the development and monitoring of the annual audit plan • Organize and follow up on distributor and internal audits • Monitor action plans defined after audits • Draft reconciliation reports for product quality complaints • Record product quality complaints and respond to complainants following investigation • Contribute to maintaining the QMS (Quality Management System) and to the production of departmental quality indicators • Promote the quality system and its continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Pharmacy degree (equivalent to a 6th-year pharmacist) or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Assurance
- Previous experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
