Customer Service Representative

• Allocate the majority of your time to managing the Zendesk ticket queue. • Respond to customer and internal workforce team inquiries promptly and professionally. • Address a wide range of customer inquiries, from simple to complex, via email and chat. • Handle designated phone shifts to assist customers directly. • Provide expert-level assistance and resolve customer concerns with a focus on clear communication and product expertise. • Stay updated on product enhancements, new feature rollouts, and troubleshooting procedures to support customers effectively. • Promote effective communication practices within the team to ensure consistent and accurate customer interactions. • Contribute to a supportive team environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Zendesk is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and stay updated on product features and troubleshooting processes.
