Service Delivery Manager
NTT DATA Business Solutions
• You are responsible for delivering Managed Services contracts (Managed Cloud, AMS, SAP maintenance, OwnIP) within the Germany Business Unit, serving exciting clients from various industries and company sizes in the German-speaking market • You build partnership-based relationships with your clients, keep their needs in mind and regularly advise them with solution-oriented guidance to establish and expand long-term collaboration • Your duties include ensuring our service quality by adhering to agreed processes • You proactively identify optimization opportunities and then coordinate their implementation within the organization and at the client • You act independently to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements with our clients and ensure appropriate planning and control • You report regularly to both your clients and your management • In addition, you support sales—for example with tenders or with presentations of Service Management at nationwide client meetings • You are part of a nationwide team of highly motivated Service Managers
Job Requirements
- A degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration and at least 3 years of professional experience in Service Management or IT Project Management
- You have broad technology knowledge and (SAP) application understanding as well as a strong understanding of IT Service Management processes
- You demonstrate a strong customer-oriented, conceptual and entrepreneurial mindset and convince through a confident, professional manner in negotiation and presentation
- You are flexible in your actions and thinking and open to new impulses
- You have a hands-on mentality and can empathize with others
- You view feedback as an opportunity to grow
- Occasional travel to client sites is a matter of course for you
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
- An ITIL certification is assumed
- Ideally you also bring: a strong ability to structure and prioritize complex topics and prepare them for management; pronounced decision-making and problem-solving skills as well as resilience in fast-paced situations; enthusiasm for change, process optimization and working independently
