Digital Accessibility Consultant
Cheesecake Labs
• Conduct an initial accessibility assessment of a mobile application, identifying gaps against WCAG 2.2 standards • Analyze user journeys and key flows (e.g., marketplace, points redemption) to ensure accessibility across the full experience • Work closely with designers to validate accessibility considerations from early-stage concepts to final UI specifications • Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation of accessibility best practices and ensure feasibility • Evaluate the application using assistive technologies such as TalkBack, VoiceOver, and Switch Access • Provide structured reports and actionable recommendations outlining accessibility improvements and priorities • Support the definition and validation of accessibility personas in partnership with stakeholders • Act as a subject matter expert throughout the project, ensuring the final product is ready for external WCAG 2.2 certification processes
Job Requirements
- Proven experience working with accessibility for mobile applications (Android and/or iOS)
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 guidelines and accessibility best practices
- Hands-on experience with assistive technologies such as TalkBack, VoiceOver, and/or Switch Access
- Ability to perform accessibility audits and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially designers and engineers
- Strong communication skills to explain accessibility concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lived experience as a person with disability or deep familiarity with assistive technologies is highly valued
- Valid business registration in your country (such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent)
- A bank account eligible to receive payments in USD
- Able to issue invoices accordingly.

Role Description The Junior NetSuite Functional Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery leads. Coordinates ESHPF National Register of Historic Places (NR) projects, including scoping, contract drafting and management, and schedule administration. Responsible for execution of all projects, including procurement, project activities, project management, technical assistance for program compliance, reporting, budget coordination, correspondence with NPS, and other duties as assigned related to the grant. Manages relationships with external consultants and project partners. Serves as a primary point of contact for technical assistance and provides project management support. Must maintain an awareness of the status of potential and existing projects, handle complex recurring work and one-time problems, provide advice and assistance to other Division personnel whose assignments might include duties related to technical oversight and/or compliance of on-going projects.
