Role Description - Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using modern frameworks and tools. - Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications. - Build robust and scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices to support AI solutions. - Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and workflows. - Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to UI integration when needed. - Work with AI/ML models, including evaluation and optimization. - Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems. - Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing for AI workflows. - Conduct testing, validation, and benchmarking of AI solutions. - Stay updated with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures. Qualifications - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, model evaluation, etc.). - Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering. - Strong expertise in backend development (Python, Node.js, .NET, APIs, microservices). - Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations. - Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure). - Familiarity with databases, data processing, and system design. - Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of security and data privacy (PII/PHI). Requirements - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance. Preferred Skills - Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (Angular, React, etc.). - Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen). - Exposure to workflow automation/tools. - Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
