• Central contribution to implementing the growth strategy through active market development and opening up new business areas in the B2B environment • Identification, approach and acquisition of new customers, especially in the sectors of large-scale properties, real estate funds, facility management and planning offices • Management, maintenance and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships and key accounts • Conducting thorough market and competitor analyses to identify trends, customer needs and market potential • Preparing tailored, target-group-specific proposals and independently conducting contract and pricing negotiations • Using appropriate sales and marketing tools for structured lead generation and qualification • Regular travel within Germany and neighboring countries for in-person customer support and to attend trade fairs, conferences and industry events

Job Requirements

  • You have successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree, ideally related to engineering, energy or business
  • You have several years of professional experience in sales or customer account management, ideally with complex, technically explained products such as building automation or energy management
  • You have a solid technical understanding and are motivated to deepen your knowledge of the digital value chain and complex interrelationships. You can clearly communicate benefits and advantages
  • You are interested in industry trends and new technologies and want to learn how to identify market potential and address customer needs in a targeted way
  • You have very good German language skills and good English skills to operate confidently in a diverse, including international, working environment
  • You present yourself confidently, with credibility and social competence. Customer focus, empathy and teamwork shape your behavior—you actively contribute to collaboration and find pragmatic solutions
  • You work efficiently and carefully and keep an overview even in complex situations. With enthusiasm, creativity and initiative you tackle tasks, communicate clearly and effectively, and convince through strong argumentation and assertiveness
