• Sales & Account Management • Proactive management and development of existing customers in target groups such as lighting planners, architects, wholesalers and electrical contractors • Targeted new customer acquisition in the Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria region • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with planning firms, architecture offices, electrical companies and specialist wholesalers • Market Development & Strategy • Identify market potential and develop regional sales strategies • Monitor market and competitive trends in the lighting industry • Work closely with internal marketing and product teams to position our product range • Presentation & Consulting • Professionally present our product portfolio (Decorative, Outdoor, Technical Lighting) on-site at customer locations • Provide expert advice on product range solutions, new products and technical product features • Attend trade fairs and industry events

• Drive new sales and ensure the continued growth of existing customer accounts • Establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant market stakeholders • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service standards • Build Maytoni’s brand presence by creating a strong commercial network and identifying new business opportunities • Work closely with the Sales Director to align local strategies with global objectives
