Medical Partner Manager

• Close collaboration with the CMO to build and further develop the nationwide care network. • Build and maintain a Germany-wide network of ophthalmology practices and clinics. • Recruit new cooperation partners for structured follow-up care of flagged cases. • Coordinate appointment slots and care processes with partner practices. • Prepare decision materials, market analyses and partner updates. • Ensure a consistent, high-quality medical positioning of Ocumeda. • Support new partner practices during onboarding into our care processes. • Close coordination with our tech team on system-related questions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in medicine, life sciences, health economics or a comparable field.
- Experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., MedTech, digital health, pharmaceutical industry, network development or strategic projects).
- Experience engaging with office-based specialists or hospital clinics.
- Experience preparing management presentations and strategic decision documents.
- Structured, analytical and independent working style.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).
