Key Account Manager, Value Added Services – DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion)
Nexi Group
• Analyze and interpret DCC usage rates • Define growth opportunities and target customers • Develop and implement measures to increase conversion • Develop a training concept for merchants • Train merchant staff (front office, cashiers, finance) to actively use DCC • Work closely with LAKA Sales and Product Management • Monitor KPIs (DCC take-up rate, revenue per terminal) • Prepare and deliver presentations and talks, and participate in trade shows • Travel as required
Job Requirements
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data
- Enthusiasm for working with people
- Experience delivering training
- Experience in the hotel industry and/or payments
- Languages: German at native level and business-fluent English
- Proficient PC skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Suitable setup to work from home (home office)
