• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical leader in customer calls, leading technical discussions and presenting solutions. • Project Delivery: Support DevOps, migration, and modernization projects by delivering high-quality technical outcomes. • Project Management: Work with PMs to create detailed project backlogs and roadmap to ensure successful project delivery. • Technical Escalation: Serve as a hands-on escalation point for complex technical issues during project execution. • Mentorship: Guide team members on AWS solutions, migration strategies, and best practices, fostering skill development. • Migration Leadership: Leverage deep cloud migration experience to ensure seamless transitions to AWS from on-premises environments. • Solution Design: Design and implement innovative solutions, remaining hands-on throughout project lifecycles. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AWS offerings, DevOps tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Job Requirements
- Certifications: AWS Professional and specialty certifications are highly desirable.
- AWS Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, and ECS.
- Proven Success: Track record of leading successful AWS migration and modernization projects.
- DevOps Proficiency: Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, CircleCI).
- Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Presentation Skills: Able to present technical solutions and demos to internal and external stakeholders.
