• Manage and support GCP infrastructure including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and VPC • Respond to and resolve incidents within defined SLA targets; perform triage, diagnosis, and remediation • Execute approved changes including provisioning, scaling, patching, and deployments • Develop and maintain Terraform modules and IaC templates for GCP resources • Configure and optimize monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using GCP Operations Suite and Datadog • Perform cloud cost optimization analysis and implement recommendations (committed use discounts, rightsizing, scheduling) • Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles • Participate in shift handoff meetings and ensure clean knowledge transfer between regions • Support CI/CD pipeline operations and deployment automation
