Qualifications - Formation supérieure en comptabilité (Bac +5) - Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en cabinet - Maîtrise de l'allemand obligatoire (B2-C1) - Goût pour le conseil, la technique et la relation client - À l'aise dans un environnement digital - Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et autonomie

• Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time. • Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month. • Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness. • Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar day within the first six months. • Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar day. • Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time. • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives.

• Own and oversee all aspects of the General Ledger accounting • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS • Lead the technical accounting research function • Serve as the primary in-house expert on complex accounting matters • Coordinate all aspects of the annual audit and quarterly reviews • Partner effectively with critical internal departments and external partners • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the accounting function
