• Work with a team of developers on client projects • Write high-quality code using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and ReactJS • Build and improve web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) • Design and build APIs (especially RESTful APIs) • Use databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL • Understand client needs and turn them into working software • Help plan and improve how we work (tools, code quality, etc.) • Join discussions to make good technical decisions

• Build cloud platforms in AWS and Azure • Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD to automate work • Give tech advice to clients and design cloud solutions • Lead small teams and help junior engineers grow • Work with the sales team to plan technical solutions • Taking an active part in pre-sales activities

• Drive discovery workshops with prospects and customers to demonstrate product capabilities and gather business requirements • Lead and participate in discovery analysis meetings with customers to understand current business processes • Serve as advocate for adherence to standards and best practice • Collaborate with sales team and project managers to define the roadmap and milestones for each project • Own the proposed solution on all assigned engagements, work closely with all team members and remain engaged with the client • Understand the capabilities of the delivery team and provide design guidance and support as needed • Work with customers and internal teams on infrastructure architecture support • Provide and/or develop detailed design specifications • Craft RFP responses, architecture diagrams, risk/assumption logs, and value articulation (ROI, timeline, cost drivers) • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills; with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment • Implement and configure Dynamics CRM/CE per customer requirements • Mentor teams on ALM: Azure DevOps repos, pipelines, solution segmentation, automated testing, and deployment gates • Assist in software upgrades, including importing data, configuring forms and designing dashboards • Design and write workflows to streamline business processes • Write process documentation, user acceptance testing scripts and user manuals • Test software, communicate with (and sometimes manage) offshore development staff • Train and support CRM end users.
