Job Description

ERP Manager – Legacy System

Amcor

• Responsible for delivering all ERP services and SLAs for the Business Groups (usually present in multiple countries). • Interfacing with business management within the EMEA perimeter and provides regular update on performance and results of ERP service delivery. • Provides direct management and guidance to the ERP Business Analysts and ERP Support Technicians within the several countries. • Ensuring robust and reliable service delivery process, consistency across the full perimeter, alignment with the wider IT organization. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders (internal customers). • Provide guidance and counsel to executives in the examination and definition of objectives for existing or proposed systems. • Closely collaborate with regional ERP teams, ensuring standardization and best practices are agreed and adhered to. • Collaborate with Global Strategic Applications, Global Data and Analytics, Global Risk Management. • Manage team of ERP Analysts and Support Technicians. • Develop and energize multi-discipline, high-performance regional teams.

Job Requirements

  • A technology related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/studies.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT or equivalent with supervisory, project management, consulting, and business process re-engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Proven track record of process standardization, adoption of best practices, service measurement, customer satisfaction monitoring.
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in leading diverse teams and third-party vendor management.
  • Good knowledge of Business Processes in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Certified expertise in one or more established ERP systems.
  • Certified in Project Management methodology.
  • Networking infrastructure.
  • Disaster recovery testing for full production to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Cloud-based applications and management, including Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Azure, OCI.
