Data Engineer – Integration Analyst
Loyal Guru
• Own the end-to-end technical integration lifecycle for strategic clients, from initial discovery and solution design to a successful go-live. • Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust and ensuring a seamless integration experience with the Loyal Guru platform. • Design and architect robust and scalable integration solutions tailored to complex client needs, leveraging your deep knowledge of our platform and Google Cloud Platform. • Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex technical challenges that arise during and after the integration process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution. • Work in close partnership with the Head of Integrations & Delivery to align client solutions with the team's architectural standards and best practices. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handover post-integration and provide ongoing technical account management to drive product adoption and long-term success. • Translate complex client requirements into clear technical specifications for the Product Development team. • Serve as a subject matter expert on our platform's integration capabilities, representing the team in discussions with Product and other departments.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Senior Integration Specialist or Solutions Architect) within a SaaS environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Data Integration and ETL tools and concepts (e.g., Talend).
- Solid grasp of SQL and/or NoSQL databases and a deep understanding of object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, Go, C#, etc.).
- Proven experience designing, managing, and troubleshooting complex API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to all types of stakeholders.
- An analytical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
