• Oversee all aspects of procurement, contracting, and relationship management related to development outsourcing • Coordinate assessment and onboard new development and technology outsourcing partners • Maintain a structured vendor registry and performance database • Lead regular reviews and ensure continuous improvement from suppliers • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for outsourced development initiatives • Collaborate with Legal to define contract terms, SLAs, NDAs, and master service agreements • Control vendor budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing workflows • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management teams to translate technical requirements into vendor scopes • Map capabilities of external development partners (AI, blockchain, backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, and strategic sourcing, procurement and vendor management
- Demonstrated ability of shaping the company’s outsourcing and supplier ecosystem in a high-growth environment
- Collaborate with world-class technical and business teams across multiple regions
- English is a must, any other language a plus
- Crypto/blockchain/AI sourcing and vendor management expertise is an advantage
