• Establish and maintain the association's accounting (income/expense accounting, recordkeeping) • Prepare annual financial statements and financial reports for the board and the general assembly • Monitor the use of funds in accordance with non-profit legal requirements • Contribute to budget planning and liquidity/cash-flow management • Review and draft contracts, cooperation agreements, and grant applications • Liaise with tax authorities and advise on tax matters (non-profit status, deductibility of donations) • Ensure compliance with association law obligations under Swiss law (ZGB Art. 60 et seq.) • Support the opening and administration of bank accounts

Role Description Lincoln Tech is seeking a Regional Financial Aid Advisor of New Students to be responsible for providing information and assistance to students, campus administrative staff, faculty, and outside agency representatives regarding various financial aid programs. • Lead the full month-end close and ensure reporting accuracy. • Prepare complete management reporting pack including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs, commentary. • Ensure compliance with SFRS/IFRS. • Review all GL schedules (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany, etc). • Drive a fast and discipline close cycle. • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly consolidation. • Perform intercompany matching, eliminations, and consolidation journals. • Ensure timely, accurate consolidation for parent reporting. • Lead annual budgeting. • Produce monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts. • Build financial models and scenario analysis. • Present insights and recommendations to management. • Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and variances. • Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. • Support tenders, pricing analysis, and business cases. • Prepare full audit schedules and act as first point of contact for auditors. • Work with the Singapore AFM on GST, corporate tax, and XBRL/ACRA compliance. • Collaborate with AFM (SG), who handles treasury operations and payments. • Lead and coach the India Accountant & Revenue Accountant. • Set clear expectations, deadlines, and quality standards. • Improve SOPs, controls, reporting templates, and efficiency. • Support finance system enhancements and automation initiatives. • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

• Lead and evolve the FP&A function in alignment with organizational priorities. • Partner closely with the CFO and executive team to deliver strategic financial insights. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes. • Own the company’s consolidated financial models and reporting cycles. • Enhance analytical rigor and drive the development and adoption of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate cross-functionally across business units to inform and support decision-making. • Advance the use of Power BI, FP&A software, and other analytics platforms. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team. • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
