Junior SDR, EdTech - Pharma

• Realizar llamadas de asesoramiento a leads interesados. • Escuchar, entender motivaciones, detectar barreras y ofrecer soluciones honestas. • Acompañar al alumno en todo el ciclo inicial hasta su entrada al proceso de admisión. • Gestionar el CRM (HubSpot): notas, estados, segmentación, cadencias. • Hacer un seguimiento cuidadoso y ordenado de cada lead. • Mejorar ratios de contacto, agendamiento y show rate. • Buscar nuevas oportunidades: asociaciones, comunidades, perfiles afines. • Activar leads fríos con mensajes estratégicos, empatía y constancia. • Analizar métricas y detectar cuellos de botella. • Proponer y ejecutar micro-experimentos: scripts, cadencias, automatizaciones.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas, admisiones educativas o roles similares.
  • Manejo básico–medio de CRM (ideal: HubSpot).
  • Familiaridad con herramientas digitales (Notion, IA, automatizaciones simples).
  • Inglés B2.
  • Grado universitario (imprescindible).
