• Own the Top-of-Funnel: Your core mission is to hunt, identify, and qualify high-potential leads (Outbound) and to handle incoming leads from Marketing (Inbound). • Become a Prospecting Expert: You will proactively engage target decision-makers using a multi-channel approach, including strategic emails, phone calls, video messaging, and LinkedIn. • Master the "First Conversation": You will be the first human touchpoint for our future customers. You'll conduct high-level qualification calls to understand their sustainability challenges, timelines, and decision-making processes. • Book Qualified Meetings: Your primary goal is to book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for our Account Executives. Your success is measured by the number of qualified opportunities you generate. • Partner with your Account Executive: You will work in a tight-knit "pod" with one or two Account Executives, strategizing on how to penetrate key target accounts and build a robust sales pipeline. • Be the "Ears on the Ground": You'll gather crucial market feedback and customer insights, sharing them with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine our messaging and strategy. • Maintain Flawless Data Hygiene: You will meticulously track all activities and notes in our CRM, ensuring a smooth and informed handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
