• Build and maintain high‑quality, scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI . • Ensure performance, reliability, accessibility, and a polished user experience across the app. • Refactor and improve existing codebases, applying modern iOS architectures and best practices. • Develop high‑quality, test‑covered code (unit, snapshot, integration); contribute to scalable patterns and shared components. • Collaborate in an agile, cross‑functional team, taking ownership of features end‑to‑end. • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to uphold quality, security, and performance standards. • Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and automated testing. • Document technical specifications, setup steps, and architectural decisions (ADR style). • Proactively identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement. • Use AI tools responsibly to boost productivity and solve complex engineering problems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years building and maintaining production iOS apps.
- Extensive, proven SwiftUI experience (advanced layout, state management, performance).
- Strong knowledge of mobile architectures: MVVM , Clean Architecture, SOLID; plus composable architectures (e.g. The Composable Architecture – TCA).
- Hands‑on experience with Swift Concurrency ( async / await , structured concurrency, actors, task cancellation).
- Experience with modularization strategies (separating features/core layers, interface boundaries).
- Proficient with Swift Package Manager (authoring, internal/private packages, binary/framework integration).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles as well as accessibility compliance.
- CI/CD experience; release orchestration, build pipelines, fastlane, test automation.
- Git proficiency (branching strategies, PR hygiene, conflict resolution).
- Ownership mindset: proactively identify technical debt and propose remediation.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.
- Nice to have: Experience with Tuist for project generation and workspace management.
- Performance profiling (Instruments), metrics/observability (logs, traces).
