In this role, you will be part of a Software Engineering team and be responsible for: - Planning, coordinating, designing, developing, testing, debugging, and documenting software - Independently determining and developing approach to solutions - Applying knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications - Ensuring software standards are met The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of: - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Object-oriented programming - Software configuration management - Real-time embedded software development - Software integration and test Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other major with applicable coursework and at least 5 years professional experience - Proficiency with C++ in Linux environment - Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience with Git - Familiarity with Java - Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level Requirements - Experience with or knowledge of government contract support - Experience with or knowledge of large combat systems software development - Familiarity with cybersecurity vulnerability assessments - Comfort and ability working on physical lab equipment - Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, problem-solve with support as needed - Ability to work well in a team environment Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance - Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability - 401(k) match - Flexible Spending Accounts - EAP - Education Assistance - Parental Leave - Paid time off - Holidays
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other major with applicable coursework and at least 5 years professional experience

• Build, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications following Apple Human Interface Guidelines and industry best practices. • Design and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable mobile architectures aligned with business requirements. • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-value features efficiently. • Participate in code reviews, testing, refactoring, and documentation to ensure high-quality standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues to ensure optimal user experiences. • Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and support alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
