Paid Growth Lead
Tagvenue
• Own paid growth performance end-to-end • Own paid acquisition across key channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and selected experiments) • Plan, execute, optimise, and scale spend with clear performance guardrails • Take full responsibility for outcomes, not just activity or spend • Drive growth efficiency and budget discipline • Monitor CAC, ROAS, and efficiency in relation to downstream booking and GMV impact • Ensure paid growth remains predictable and economically sound • Build experimentation and learning velocity • Partner with analytics and product teams to improve attribution and decision quality
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles
- Hands-on ownership of paid acquisition budgets and performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and unit economics
- Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or complex digital products is a strong plus
- Fluent working English
