Account Manager

• Take care of existing clients • Support them in getting the most out of our platform • Build long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and advise them on use cases • Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within client organizations • Handle contract renewals and prepare tailored commercial proposals • Negotiate deals and close agreements based on client-specific sales plans • Act as the go-to escalation point for business-related issues • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Implementation) • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for client needs
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English (C1); German or French is a big plus
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in account management, customer service, or enterprise software sales (min. 1 year)
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business needs and propose value-adding solutions
- Strong organization skills
- Willingness to learn technical details of our product
- Exceptional time management skills
- knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, or marketing tools
- experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, or Implementation

Regional Account Manager
