Regional Account Manager
Amcor
• The Regional Account Manager is responsible for proactively developing and growing the assigned key account within the region. • Focuses on building strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, positioning Amcor as a preferred partner. • Supports the execution of global and regional account strategies, drives business development, and ensures consistent delivery of value in alignment with Amcor’s growth ambitions. • Understands account economics and their implications for Amcor. • Collaborates with the Global Account Director and Account Team to develop and execute the Global Value Proposition (GVP), Regional Account Strategy, and Regional Account Plan. • Identifies, plans, and drives initiatives (often cross-functional) aligned to the GVP and Account Plan. • Manages customer contracts, including Supply Agreements and Service Level Agreements. • Supports global, regional, and local account activities and escalations. • Gathers, analyzes, and reports customer-specific market intelligence to the Global Account Director and Business Development Team. • Supports the Commercial Account Manager in analyzing regional customer profitability and identifying commercial leakages.
Job Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher required).
- Leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of the packaging industry.
- Solid knowledge of business processes across sales, supply chain, and customer service.
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Proven project management capability.
- Demonstrated Key Account Management experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Fluent English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage depending on regional needs.
