• Own outbound prospecting efforts with a hunter mentality - targeting new logos through cold calling, social media outreach, video prospecting, personalised emails, and creative engagement tactics. • Use innovation and creativity to identify and engage ideal prospects in a noisy marketplace, securing meetings with the right decision-makers. • Align closely with Account Executives on target accounts to co-develop prospecting strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of sales-qualified leads. • Work alongside Marketing to synchronise prospecting with active campaigns and content strategies. • Build and manage high-performing automated cadences maximize engagement and conversion. • Align with the Events team to proactively prospect and book meetings before, during, and after global events. • Work to ensure accurate reporting against campaigns in Salesforce, and meet a monthly quota for pipeline contribution. • Support with the validation and allocation of MQLs.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years in a Business Development, Sales, or SDR role, preferably in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Proven experience in cold prospecting and developing pipeline without relying solely on pre-qualified lists.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Creative and analytical thinker who’s comfortable working independently, and optimizing performance based on metrics.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and spark curiosity in new prospects.
  • Industry knowledge within the food and beverage industry would be ideal, but not required.
