• Identify, research, and qualify target accounts and contacts, including cold prospects and existing clients. • Respond to inbound inquiries within 5 minutes during business hours to maximize conversion opportunities. • Schedule qualified meetings for sales reps, adhering to lead handoff SLAs; only meetings that meet these criteria count toward quota. • Confirm that all meeting participants meet qualification standards; meeting-to-deal and deal-close conversion rates will be tracked to ensure appointment quality. • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets via phone, email, and other channels. • Use sales enablement resources effectively to deliver relevant and compelling messaging tailored to each prospect. • Stay informed of evolving market needs and customer requirements; share findings with the product team regularly.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (SaaS or growth-stage environment preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets.
- Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.

Role Description As a Business Development Manager , you will be working directly with our customers.
