Job Description

Business Development Manager

OFX

• Own the entire sales cycle through to close, hitting monthly targets and driving revenue • Communicate confidently with potential clients via web conferencing, email, phone, and in-person • Sell and negotiate with Finance Leaders, Controllers, Accountants and C-level executives • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are guided through onboarding • Maintain up to date knowledge of OFX products and solutions • Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of new potential clients

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a full cycle closing sales role in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B SaaS, payments or FX
  • Post Secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven Sales Success: Consistently achieved sales goals
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and/or FX sales process for selling to SMB and/or Mid-Market segments
  • Client-Focused Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales approach
  • Industry Expertise: Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors
  • Tech-Savvy & SaaS: Familiar with SaaS applications and web conferencing tools
  • Detail-Orientated: Experience with CRMs specifically Salesforce
  • Problem-Solving & Creativity: Ability to identify client needs
  • Communication & Professionalism: Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Organized & Efficient: Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
